14. Reconnaissance
The fog of war is in effect. You only see foreign units on your own territory or within range of your sensors. You only receive warnings about troop build-ups on your border if you can actually scout those troops.
- Radar station: 700 km radius, fixed.
- Radar battalion: 500 km radius, mobile.
- Ships: 300 km radius.
- Reconnaissance satellite: observes a strip beneath its orbit.
- Agent network: active after 90 days, then reveals structures and ground forces of the target country. It has monthly costs and can be exposed.
You can only see foreign satellites with your own radar station, a reconnaissance satellite or an early-warning satellite.
